Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years management experience
  • minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets
  • experience managing diet offices and patient dining operations
  • ability to drive compliance with regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • two years of management experience
  • two years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • proven management skills ideally in a healthcare setting
  • knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets

Job Duties

  • Lead and elevate the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals
  • oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program ensuring exceptional meal service and proactive rounding
  • collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • conduct tray assessments for quality, presentation, and accuracy
  • drive compliance with Sodexo Gold Checks and regulatory standards
  • manage and develop a team of hourly associates fostering growth and engagement
