Job Duties
- Oversee patient dining operations ensuring menus meet nutritional standards and deliver an outstanding culinary experience
- Lead and mentor a large diverse culinary team fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Implement and optimize operational systems for efficiency compliance and quality assurance
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to align food services with patient care goals
