Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - three years
  • Minimum functional experience - three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts

  • Three years of management experience
  • Three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating nutritious appealing meals
  • Expertise in operational systems including food safety cost control and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams while maintaining a patient-centered focus

Job Duties

  • Oversee patient dining operations ensuring menus meet nutritional standards and deliver an outstanding culinary experience
  • Lead and mentor a large diverse culinary team fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Implement and optimize operational systems for efficiency compliance and quality assurance
  • Partner with clinical and administrative teams to align food services with patient care goals
