Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years management experience
  • Minimum three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc
  • Proven leadership skills in culinary environments
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational systems
  • Strong culinary expertise with focus on nutritious meal preparation
  • Ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume culinary or healthcare food service environments
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating nutritious appealing meals
  • Expertise in operational systems including food safety cost control and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams while maintaining a patient-centered focus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in healthcare or institutional food service settings

Job Duties

  • Oversee patient dining operations ensuring menus meet nutritional standards and deliver an outstanding culinary experience
  • Lead and mentor a large diverse culinary team fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Implement and optimize operational systems for efficiency compliance and quality assurance
  • Partner with clinical and administrative teams to align food services with patient care goals
  • Manage cost control food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Develop menus that cater to oncology patient needs and preferences
  • Ensure exceptional quality and service in retail dining environments
