Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- Strong culinary knowledge and skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Experience working in a high-volume facility
- Experience in high-end catering and dining
- Ability to lead and manage culinary teams effectively
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong culinary background with up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume facility management
- High-end catering and dining experience
- Proven ability to lead and engage culinary teams with strong human resource and supervisory skills
Job Duties
- Implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
- Monitor food management systems including audits and new menu implementation
- Ensure food and physical safety compliance and conduct annual training for hourly associates
- Improve and standardize catering and banquet services with menus tailored to client needs
- Implement innovative ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
- Create and maintain interpersonal relationships with hospital clients
- Lead and manage a large, diverse culinary team effectively
