Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent work history
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service or retail position preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Industry familiarity encouraged
- Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check patients in and out of patient management software and track orders and sales
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Provide elevated customer service and communication with patients
- Direct and answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Manage the clinic schedule strategically for the Clinic Team
- Support marketing initiatives and organize office supplies and patient files
- Collect insurance information and complete insurance authorizations
- Lead daily morning huddles for the Clinic Team
- Make deposits and maintain cashbox and reconcile deposits daily
