Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent work history
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service or retail position preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Industry familiarity encouraged
  • Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge and greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check patients in and out of patient management software and track orders and sales
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Provide elevated customer service and communication with patients
  • Direct and answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage the clinic schedule strategically for the Clinic Team
  • Support marketing initiatives and organize office supplies and patient files
  • Collect insurance information and complete insurance authorizations
  • Lead daily morning huddles for the Clinic Team
  • Make deposits and maintain cashbox and reconcile deposits daily
