Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Completion of a medical receptionist or equivalent training program preferred
- Experience in a medical or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 0-2 errors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Represents Sharp Rees-Stealy by providing patients with appointments and operational support
- Provides high level of customer service consistent with mission and goals
- Registers patients, updates demographic and insurance information
- Confirms insurance eligibility and obtains authorizations for service
- Works with patients to resolve billing and insurance related issues
