Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education
  • ability to work full-time, including 8-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays and evenings
  • flexibility to be assigned to different locations as needed
  • strong customer service skills
  • attention to detail
  • reliable and punctual
  • adherence to HIPAA privacy guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant experience in patient services or healthcare settings
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with scheduling and record-keeping systems

Job Duties

  • Greet and check-in patients and visitors
  • answer phone calls promptly and courteously
  • schedule appointments based on provider availability
  • assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency
  • address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience and professionalism
  • maintain and update patient records accurately
  • manage office supplies and equipment including ordering when necessary
  • communicate office policies to patients
  • assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk
  • maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas including restrooms, break room, and lobby areas
  • adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines
