  • minimum of 3 years nursing experience

Job Duties

  • develop and implement departmental goals and standards
  • oversee hospital insurance programs and coordinate claims
  • act as legal counsel and mediator in sensitive cases
  • provide staff education on compliance and risk management
  • collaborate with hospital staff and educators on patient care initiatives
  • create a culture promoting safe and outstanding patient care
