Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of similar experience in a clinical setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work PRN Thursdays only, 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to comply with hospital policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in a clinical setting
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
  • Ability to calculate figures and manage financial records accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet all patients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism
  • Facilitate the registration and admissions process ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays or payments according to hospital policies
  • Scan documents into the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Perform daily tasks to support efficient front desk operations
  • Reconcile financial logs and cash ledger, making deposits as necessary
