- One year of related experience in customer service, education, or clerical/administrative roles
- Ability to input data and utilize electronic medical records and scheduling systems or ability to learn
- Strong communication skills via phone and in writing
- Proficient typing and basic computer skills
- Experience with patient referrals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet and register patients in the clinic
- Schedule appointments and tests
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Prepare orders and distribute patient charts
- Update patient information in electronic medical records
- Prepare and collect charge tickets
- Balance monies collected and prepare daily activity reports
- Act as the first point of contact for patients
- Provide clerical support and services to staff as needed
- Assist patients with any needs they may have
