Job Requirements

  • Ability to work the specified hours including rotating shifts of 2:00pm-7:00pm, 6:00am-2:30pm, and 10:30am-7:00pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school or GED equivalent
  • prior experience in food service
  • ability to communicate effectively with others
  • ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds
  • visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items for patients, cafeteria, and catering
  • meet standards established by leadership for food preparation, quality, sanitation, and efficiency
  • accurately prepare patients trays
  • deliver all products according to time schedule set for the specific item
  • make recommendations to leadership for all menus
  • complete daily assigned cleaning in accordance with approved standards
  • deliver excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate scripts developed for Food and Nutrition Services
