Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year related experience required
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of 6 to 8 hours
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment for 6 to 8 hours
- Ability to complete hospital and department orientation successfully

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to read and speak English
- Successful completion of hospital orientation
- Successful completion of department orientation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 8 hours

Job Duties
- Maintain established standards for high food quality by using recipe cards, training and teamwork to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction
- Prepare assigned recipes according to production sheets and special requests utilizing standardized recipe cards to meet quality and quantity needs
- Maintain appropriate sanitation in service and prep areas to ensure a sanitary working environment
- Assure safety of patients, staff and visitors through enforcement of department safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional assignments as required by the supervisor or manager
