Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record that meets department standards
- Must maintain valid vehicle insurance
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate with patients and staff
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
Job Qualifications
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum one year holding a driver’s license
- Valid vehicle insurance

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to speak, read, and write standard English
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Job Duties
- Greet patients and provide legendary guest service and patient care
- Practice safety standards while parking, retrieving, escorting, transporting, and interacting with guests and visitors
- Be knowledgeable of the different areas on the property and ensure patients arrive on time
- Provide the best possible service while parking vehicles or escorting visitors
- Expedite parking, secure vehicles, and maintain cleanliness of the area
- Ensure the area is stocked with wheelchairs and all necessary supplies
- Escort patients and visitors safely to their desired locations
