Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year
  • must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • must have valid vehicle insurance
  • ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • ability to speak, read, and write English
  • ability to safely operate a vehicle
  • ability to handle physical aspects of the job including walking and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • ability to drive manual transmission preferred
  • must maintain a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets department requirements
  • must be at least 18 years of age and have held the driver’s license for one year minimum
  • must have valid vehicle insurance
  • ability to understand instructions and communicate with patients and staff
  • must be able to speak, read, and write standard English language and comprehend simple instructions and memos
  • ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group settings

Job Duties

  • greet patients and provide legendary guest service and patient care for individuals entering and exiting the entrances
  • practice safety standards while parking, retrieving, escorting, transporting, and interacting with guests and visitors to ensure patient satisfaction
  • be knowledgeable of the different areas on the property and understand the importance of getting the patient there on time
  • ensure that the best possible service is provided while parking vehicles or escorting visitors to their desired locations
  • expedite parking, secure vehicles and maintain the overall cleanliness of the area
  • ensure the area is stocked with wheelchairs and all supplies needed to provide flawless service
