- three years experience in food service
- two years in a supervisory or leadership role

Job Duties
- manage and assist with all food safety and sanitation regulations assuring compliance
- assess the quality of patient meal services and develop relationships with other departments
- handle patient complaints, grievances, special requests and elevate issues when necessary
- determine and justify needs for systems, monitor supply purchases and usage and oversee equipment management and maintenance
- manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management
- perform and oversee scheduling and payroll
- assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization
