- No previous experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival
- Serve as liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff
- Provide accurate information to patients and family members
- Coordinate patient and guest services in the reception area
- Address and resolve complaints and special needs promptly
- Maintain positive relationships with supporting hospital departments
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
