Job Duties
- Acknowledge, greet and assist visitors
- Represent the hospital positively in interactions with patients, families, guests and staff
- Serve as liaison between patients, families and clinical staff
- Seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems or special needs
- Coordinate patient and guest services in the reception area
