Job Duties
- Acknowledge, greet and assist visitors
- connect patients and family members with accurate information
- maintain relationships with supporting departments
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills and positive interpersonal skills
- serve as liaison between patient, family and clinical staff
- seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs
- coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area
