  • High school diploma, certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent experience
  • no previous experience required
  • flexibility in work schedule
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
  • previous experience in customer service
  • bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge, greet and assist visitors
  • connect patients and family members with accurate information
  • maintain relationships with supporting departments

  • act as liaison between patients, families and clinical staff
  • seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints or special needs
  • coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area
