Job Requirements
- High school education or GED or equivalent preferred
- Associate's or technical degree in hospitality or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
- Three years' experience in patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred
- Previous patient access experience preferred
- Ability to comply with vaccination requirements per organizational policy
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing lobby and front desk activities efficiently
Job Qualifications

- Three years of experience in patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred
- Previous patient access experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcomes patients and family members in a professional manner following AIDET guidelines
- Oversees daily front desk and lobby activities including tidiness and navigation of patient flow
- Assists with check-in process and monitors patient registration fast track tracker
- Tracks patient wait times and escalates delays to appropriate leaders
- Provides patient flow updates to patient access leadership and resolves real-time patient concerns
- Anticipates patient and family needs and addresses them in real-time
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
