Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reason, interpret and evaluate situations to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals
Job Qualifications

- Experience working with an electronic medical records system (preferred)
Job Duties
- Greet all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area
- Proactively assist individuals by providing information, direction and hospitality
- Provide guidance related to other OSF facilities and service areas
- Coordinate transportation needs for patients and visitors
- Offer local area directions and advise about accommodations or amenities
- Maintain a welcoming and helpful presence to promote a positive visitor experience
- Use basic computer systems to assist with inquiries and coordination
