Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of direct customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with diverse individuals

Job Duties
- Greet patients, families, visitors, and staff in assigned area
- Provide information, directions, and hospitality to individuals
- Assist with guidance related to other OSF facilities or service areas
- Coordinate transportation needs for visitors and patients
- Advise on local area accommodations and amenities
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals
