Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of direct customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities

Job Duties
- Greet all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area
- Provide information, direction and hospitality proactively
- Assist individuals regarding other OSF facilities and service areas
- Coordinate transportation needs for patients and visitors
- Provide local area direction and advice on accommodations or amenities
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
