Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics healthcare administration global health or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in global logistics event planning or healthcare operations
  • Proficiency in data management software including Excel REDCap and Remark
  • Experience handling databases and patient data
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English good knowledge of Spanish highly preferred
  • Experience in global health or surgery in low and middle income countries highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to travel once per quarter

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Arrange travel for international medical teams including flights ground transportation and accommodations
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth patient transport and facility readiness
  • Oversee procurement storage and transportation of medical supplies and equipment
  • Manage cleaning storage and maintenance of medical equipment between missions
  • Ensure collection validation and secure storage of patient data from lower and middle income countries
  • Liaise with on site teams to retrieve and upload patient data to central databases
  • Assist with data entry and validation using software like Remark and REDCap
  • Organize training sessions for team members and volunteers remotely and in person
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors team members and vendors
  • Provide weekly task updates through project management tools
  • Track and report progress of logistical tasks using RACI boards
  • Generate end of mission reports detailing logistical outcomes and patient data quality
