Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics healthcare administration global health or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in global logistics event planning or healthcare operations
- Proficiency in data management software including Excel REDCap and Remark
- Experience handling databases and patient data
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English good knowledge of Spanish highly preferred
- Experience in global health or surgery in low and middle income countries highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to travel once per quarter

Job Duties
- Arrange travel for international medical teams including flights ground transportation and accommodations
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth patient transport and facility readiness
- Oversee procurement storage and transportation of medical supplies and equipment
- Manage cleaning storage and maintenance of medical equipment between missions
- Ensure collection validation and secure storage of patient data from lower and middle income countries
- Liaise with on site teams to retrieve and upload patient data to central databases
- Assist with data entry and validation using software like Remark and REDCap
- Organize training sessions for team members and volunteers remotely and in person
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors team members and vendors
- Provide weekly task updates through project management tools
- Track and report progress of logistical tasks using RACI boards
- Generate end of mission reports detailing logistical outcomes and patient data quality
