Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or patient coordinator role, ideally in healthcare or dental
- strong communication skills - able to speak clearly and compassionately to children and families
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure
- basic computer skills including scheduling software, electronic health records, Microsoft Office
- positive attitude, warm demeanor, and ability to be a team player

Job Duties
- Greet patients and families as they arrive
- answer incoming phone calls
- schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- assist families with new patient registration forms, insurance verification, and paperwork
- explain treatment plans, services, and financial options in a clear, compassionate way
- manage front desk tasks: check-ins/check-outs, payments, filing, record keeping, and follow-up communications
- coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times
- handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow up as needed
- maintain a tidy, professional, kid-friendly reception area
