Job Requirements
- Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent
- Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office preferred
- Experience with children’s dentistry preferred

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits prior to appointments
- Greet parents and patients upon arrival and departure
- Keep parents informed about the progress of their child's appointment
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting and front desk area
- Coordinate with clinical team leaders and doctors for same-day patient care
- Schedule follow-up operatory and six-month recall appointments
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments and follow-up on needed treatments
- Ensure all patient files are updated and properly filed by the end of the day
- Collect out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to treatment
- Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs
- Participate in community events and promote a positive image of the company
- Collaborate with team members in morning huddles to enhance customer focus and teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
