Job Requirements
- Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent
- Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office preferred
- Experience with children's dentistry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with patient management software
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits
- Greet parents and patients upon arrival and departure
- Keep parents informed about appointment progress
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting and front desk area
- Prepare patient files prior to appointments by updating records and verifying details
- Coordinate with clinical team for same-day patient care opportunities
- Assist in meeting financial targets by managing schedules
- Schedule follow-up and recall appointments
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments
- Ensure proper filing of patient records
- Adhere to government regulations and company compliance
- Collect out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to treatment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
