- 6+ months of healthcare or dental front office experience preferred
- bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- collect and process payments
- import authorizations and call parents
- schedule treatment and recall appointments
- confirm treatment appointments
- take calls throughout the day
- process no show reports
- schedule patients from ASAP list
- check patients in and out
- verify info on file
- verify eligibility with insurance
- call patients when past 10 mins
- confirm observation appointments
- schedule observation appointments
- work on daily sign in sheet
- scan in NPP and enter it in the system
- maintain regular predictable attendance
- work effectively with others
