Job Duties
- Prepare and close the front desk and lobby each evening to ensure the space is patient-ready
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area throughout the evening
- Prepare and restock refreshments such as coffee, water, and cookies for patients
- Assist patients with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate areas as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
- Support front office staff with light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Communicate supply needs, maintenance issues, or patient concerns to the appropriate staff promptly
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times
