Job Duties

  • Prepare and close the front desk and lobby each evening to ensure the space is patient-ready
  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area throughout the evening
  • Prepare and restock refreshments such as coffee, water, and cookies for patients
  • Assist patients with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate areas as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
  • Support front office staff with light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Communicate supply needs, maintenance issues, or patient concerns to the appropriate staff promptly
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times
