Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or patient scheduling/registration experience
  • Physical ability to assist patients in wheelchairs and perform light lifting as needed
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and wayfinding support

  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment
  • Physical ability to assist patients in wheelchairs and perform light lifting

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors as they enter the building providing exceptional customer service and wayfinding support
  • Escort and transport patients in wheelchairs safely to and from their appointments
  • Coordinate oxygen tank delivery and other patient support needs as requested
  • Assist with escorting emergency medical personnel during rapid response situations and other urgent events
  • Partner with clinic and hospital staff to ensure patients receive timely and coordinated care
  • Support front-line operations by monitoring waiting areas and responding to real-time patient needs
