Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service or patient scheduling/registration experience
- Physical ability to assist patients in wheelchairs and perform light lifting as needed
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and wayfinding support

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors as they enter the building providing exceptional customer service and wayfinding support
- Escort and transport patients in wheelchairs safely to and from their appointments
- Coordinate oxygen tank delivery and other patient support needs as requested
- Assist with escorting emergency medical personnel during rapid response situations and other urgent events
- Partner with clinic and hospital staff to ensure patients receive timely and coordinated care
- Support front-line operations by monitoring waiting areas and responding to real-time patient needs
