Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working with diverse teams
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work five days a week including alternating Saturdays
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role including standing and walking
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other locations or attend training
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Dolphin dental software preferred
- Dental office management experience preferred
- CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Be the first impression welcoming patients to the office and the final friendly face they see after their visit
- Perform administrative duties such as assisting with patient paperwork, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and other front office duties as assigned
- Engage in open, educational communication with patients to provide overview of visit and address questions or concerns
- Support back office functions as needed to maintain a five-star patient experience
- Manage scheduling for new patients, recall appointments, and emergencies
- Maintain organization and efficiency of front desk operations
