Job Duties
- Greet every patient like they're a VIP
- Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient
- Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision
- Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care
- Support the clinical team and ensure every patient's experience is seamless
- Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism
- Engage in social media opportunities helping share the MINT experience online when needed
- Build real connections with patients, teammates, and the community
