Job Duties
- Greet every patient like they’re a VIP
- manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient
- check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision
- handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care
- support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless
- act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer, representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism
- engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed
- build real connections with patients, teammates, and our community
