Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in dental or front desk roles
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms for brand representation
- Professionalism and confidence in representing company values
- Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency

Job Duties
- Greet every patient like they’re a VIP
- Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient
- Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision
- Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care
- Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless
- Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer - representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism
- Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed
- Build real connections - with patients, teammates, and our community
