Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours, some shifts are 12 plus hours, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
- Healthcare experience a plus including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.

- Healthcare experience or certifications such as BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
Job Duties
- Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment
- Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording vital statistics
- Set up and monitor hemodialysis machines ensuring proper function
- Build long-term relationships with patients suffering from end stage renal disease and educate them on kidney dialysis related topics
- Collaborate with a cross functional team including nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership to provide comprehensive patient care
- Float to various clinic locations during and after training as needed
- Follow all safety protocols when handling blood, needles, and dialysis materials.
