Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with customer service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple computer programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
  • Ability to perform sedentary work with intermittent standing and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
  • Willingness to attend required trainings and compliance courses as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Communication skills to relate well to business office and field leadership
  • Ability to multitask, pay organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as a member of a team
  • Ability to comprehend information provided and use judgement to respond appropriately in various situations

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Schedule new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients and physician offices
  • Verify insurance coverage for patients
  • Collect patient payments
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
  • Convert referrals into evaluations
  • Make all welcome calls to monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
