Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work with little to no supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work full-time during normal business hours Monday through Friday
- Ability to use multiple computer programs
- Capacity to handle physical aspects of sedentary work with occasional active movements
- Ability to hear and speak clearly for communication
- Must be able to comprehend and respond appropriately in various situations

Job Duties
- Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
- Verify insurance coverage for patients
- Collect patient payments at the time of service
- Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
- Manage schedule efficiently
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
