Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 5:15 pm
- Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- Check in patients
- Schedule patient appointments using scheduling software
- Verify dental insurance
- Answer insurance and billing questions
- Oversee patient account management
