Job Duties
- Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
- schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
- verify insurance coverage for patients
- collect patient payments
- maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
- create an inviting clinic atmosphere
- manage schedule efficiently
