Job Duties

  • greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • schedule new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients and physician offices
  • verify insurance coverage for patients
  • collect patient payments
  • maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
  • create an inviting clinic atmosphere
  • make all welcome calls
  • manage schedule efficiently
  • manage document routing
  • manage personal overtime
  • manage non-clinical documentation
  • manage deposits
  • manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
  • monitor clinic inventory
  • attend required training
  • complete quarterly compliance training
