Job Requirements

  • Reliable
  • one year of medical experience preferred but not required
  • must be team oriented and a people person
  • quick learner
  • outgoing and personable with employees and patients
  • able to stay on task
  • organized and maintain a clean workspace
  • timely with assigned tasks
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
  • attention to detail in mathematical and data processing
  • proficient in data processing including practice management software and Microsoft Word
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • organizational skills including priority setting, file maintenance, and report generation
  • high school diploma or equivalent skills and aptitude
  • basic computer courses or equivalent preparation
