Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in multiple computer programs
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • good communication skills
  • availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
  • ability to attend special events some evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • communication skills - must be able to relate well to business office and field leadership
  • ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
  • as a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
  • verify insurance coverage for patients
  • collect patient payments
  • maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
  • convert referrals into evaluations
  • manage the clinic schedule efficiently
