Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday
  • Ability to attend occasional special events or work additional hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Communication skills to relate well to business office and field leadership
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational detail and ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
  • Verify insurance coverage for patients
  • Collect patient payments
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
  • Manage schedule efficiently and convert referrals into evaluations
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training
