Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask using multiple computer programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use office equipment
  • Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Communication skills with ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
  • Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as a member of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone from patients and physician offices
  • Verify insurance coverage for patients
  • Collect patient payments
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
  • Make all welcome calls to patients
