Job Requirements
- Must have the desire, drive, and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- High school diploma or active enrollment in a high school/GED program or one year previous job experience in lieu of diploma
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Act 34 clearance

Job Duties
- Greets patients and families warmly and provides destination coordination
- Offers verbal directions and escort assistance to visitors and patients
- Cleans and organizes assigned areas including patient rooms and public spaces
- Assembles and delivers meals according to patient diet orders
- Transports patients, equipment, and lab specimens safely and timely
- Sets up and cleans telehealth carts for patient appointments
- Manages ordering, stocking, and inventory of supplies and equipment
