- high school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of hs diploma/ged
- ability to work rotating weekend and holiday shifts
- strong communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Job Duties
- greet and assist patients families and visitors ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
- serve as a resource for hospital policies visiting hours directions and more
- handle patient belongings tracking parking validations scooters and meal tray delivery
- clean and organize patient rooms public areas and other spaces replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
- manage and organize supplies deliver materials to units and monitor inventory and expiration dates
- answer phones respond to patient call lights
