Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
  • clearances with renewal including 31, 33, 34, and 73
  • ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as stocking and delivering materials

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of hospital policies and confidentiality practices
  • experience in customer service or healthcare settings preferred
  • ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
  • serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
  • handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
  • clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
  • replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
  • manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
  • answer phones and respond to patient call lights
