Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
clearances with renewal including 31, 33, 34, and 73
ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts
excellent communication skills
strong organizational skills
ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances
physical ability to perform tasks such as stocking and delivering materials

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of hospital policies and confidentiality practices
experience in customer service or healthcare settings preferred
ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
answer phones and respond to patient call lights
