Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or active high school GED enrollment or one year of previous job experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Compassionate and patient focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including cleaning and patient transport
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to infection control procedures
- Act 34 clearance
Job Qualifications
- Must have the desire drive and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- High school diploma or active enrollment in high school or GED program or one year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly providing direction and escort assistance
- Maintain patient confidentiality while disseminating appropriate information
- Clean and organize patient rooms public areas and equipment
- Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and maintain food safety
- Transport patients equipment and specimens safely and timely
- Retrieve set up and clean telehealth carts for appointments
- Manage supplies and equipment including ordering stocking and inventory
