Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or active high school GED enrollment or one year of previous job experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Compassionate and patient focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks including cleaning and patient transport
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to infection control procedures
  • Act 34 clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Must have the desire drive and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
  • High school diploma or active enrollment in high school or GED program or one year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and families warmly providing direction and escort assistance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality while disseminating appropriate information
  • Clean and organize patient rooms public areas and equipment
  • Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and maintain food safety
  • Transport patients equipment and specimens safely and timely
  • Retrieve set up and clean telehealth carts for appointments
  • Manage supplies and equipment including ordering stocking and inventory
