Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS diploma/GED
clearances with renewal 31, 33, 34, and 73
ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts
excellent communication skills
physical ability to clean and stock supplies
customer service experience
dependable and punctual
ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
answer phones, respond to patient call lights
