Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS diploma/GED
  • clearances with renewal 31, 33, 34, and 73
  • ability to work rotating, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to clean and stock supplies
  • customer service experience
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors, ensuring they reach their destinations while maintaining confidentiality
  • serve as a resource for hospital policies, visiting hours, directions, and more
  • handle patient belongings tracking, parking validations, scooters, and meal tray delivery
  • clean and organize patient rooms, public areas, and other spaces
  • replenish supplies and report maintenance needs
  • manage and organize supplies, deliver materials to units, and monitor inventory and expiration dates
  • answer phones, respond to patient call lights
